Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • During an activated voice conversation, audio and public context from the current page and section are sent to OpenAI to answer questions. Starting requires an intentional action and microphone permission.
  • Technical information needed to host and secure the website, such as network requests and error information, may be processed by Cloudflare.
  • Direct communication you initiate with the company. The voice assistant does not request contact details or send an inquiry on your behalf.

3. Purpose of processing

All data is collected solely to respond to your inquiry, manage the client relationship, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for paid advertising.

4. Retention

The website voice implementation does not save recordings or transcripts in a Titans database. Displayed conversation text is held in page memory during use. Service-provider processing follows the applicable agreements and settings; this is not a promise that providers retain no information. Inquiry data that becomes client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, subject to accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

You are entitled to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Requests sent to support@titans.global are handled within 14 business days.

6. Third-party providers

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, CDN and processing the voice connection request.
  • OpenAI: powers the voice assistant and processes audio and public page context for the conversation. You can browse without activating it.
  • In a separate text-chat interface, if enabled, messages may be processed by Anthropic; inquiry handoff can use Resend.

Conversation controls

You can mute the microphone or end the conversation at any time. Switching to another tab mutes the microphone. Page context contains public text and your location within the site; it is not a screenshot and does not include form entries. Do not share passwords, medical information or sensitive organizational documents.
