TITANS / OUR JOURNEY
From the first product.
To working alongside your team.
We started with tools connecting people and information. Since then, we have worked with publishers, laboratory professionals and teams inside organizations. Each chapter taught us to understand the work from within — and build software for the people doing it.
These chapters overlap. Products and software services also evolved alongside the medical work.

012013–2014
Retort
A reader has something to say.
Someone reads an article and wants to respond. The website has no place for that conversation.
Retort added a conversation layer to web pages, connected through one reader identity.

02The next chapter
RiTribes
An audience needs a place to belong.
A publisher needs to bring readers into an ongoing conversation, manage participation and understand the community around its content.
RiTribes brought profiles, conversations, messaging, moderation and audience tools into publishers’ websites.

032017
Titans
The experience finds a home.
Building a product also means operating it: development, infrastructure and responsibility have to work together.
Titans was incorporated in 2017, bringing product work and software engineering into one company.

042020–2022
AIDTES × AID Genomics
Samples arrive. Each result needs review.
During the pandemic, laboratory teams had to track samples, interpret PCR data and decide which results needed another look.
With AID Genomics, AIDTES connected software-assisted analysis with sample tracking, laboratory systems and review by laboratory professionals.

05After the pandemic
Software partnerships
One job. Several disconnected handoffs.
Illustrative situation: the warehouse is ready to ship, but the office still needs to confirm the order and a worker is waiting for the current status.
After the pandemic, Titans expanded its software work with companies and technology providers in Israel, adapting tools to existing users and systems.

062023–2024
Working in the field
The team needs support. The work cannot wait.
A sensitive working environment, heavy workloads and a need to keep people, tasks and records connected.
Titans describes supporting the National Center of Forensic Medicine after 7 October, working alongside its staff to support processes and improve their tools.

07Today
Embedded engineering
The line stops. The knowledge is elsewhere.
Illustrative situation: a pump stops a production line. The operator, maintenance team and warehouse each hold a different part of the answer.
A Titans engineer works alongside the employees to understand the bottleneck, connect the relevant information and build a tool that fits their work.

The record behind the journey
The illustrations are schematic. The history draws on articles, archived product websites, company registration and Titans’ own reporting. The warehouse and production-line scenes illustrate operational needs; they are not attributed customer cases.
The people and working environments
Visually edited company photographs alongside illustrations of working environments. The illustrations are not historical records. Photo dates and attribution to specific ventures have not been verified.

Three projects. Three operating environments.
Pandemic-era laboratories, academic compute and a global multi-site network. These projects connected systems, teams and operational responsibilities.
A national-scale testing chain.
Historical work during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Challenge
- A process crossing test scheduling, sample collection, laboratory intake and processing, and result delivery across healthcare and reporting bodies.
- Work delivered
- TITANS was a technology partner in the chain connecting scheduling, collection, robotic intake, diagnostic stages and reporting to patients and state bodies. The work involved the Ministry of Health, health funds and Home Front Command.
- Reported outcome
- TITANS reports that the chain supported more than 70% of national tests, with peak capacity of up to 70,000 PCR tests a day. This is a historical systems and operations account from the pandemic period.
As reported in the public Brief
- 70%+of national tests during the project period
- 70,000PCR tests a day at peak
A GPU estate becomes a researcher service.
Academic institution · compute orchestration with Zenix
- Challenge
- Access to compute requires more than hardware: identity, networking, a workspace and management of shared resources throughout their use.
- Work delivered
- Zenix connected the GPU estate to a self-service pathway. Students and researchers opened browser workspaces, with identity, network and compute provisioning joined into one sequence. Idle resources returned automatically to the pool.
- Reported outcome
- TITANS reports under 60 seconds from request to workspace and reclamation of approximately 30% of GPU waste. These figures relate to that academic deployment.
As reported in the public Brief
- <60sfrom request to workspace
- ~30%of GPU waste reclaimed
A multi-site network, one operating framework.
Global multi-site client · ArchiFlow
- Challenge
- Network knowledge was split across Visio, spreadsheets, IPAM tools and SSH sessions. Faults escalated to engineers while operational context remained distributed across tools and people.
- Work delivered
- ArchiFlow joined network design, configuration and operations in one on-premises platform across sites and vendors, connected to monitoring, ticketing and CMDB. First-line support could handle faults through that shared framework.
- Reported outcome
- TITANS reports more than 1,200 edge sites in the shared operating framework and a 40% reduction in network incidents through automation.
As reported in the public Brief
- 1,200+edge sites in the project
- −40%network incidents
The organizations we work with.
Defense, healthcare, industry, technology and academia. Different environments. Shared responsibility.
